"You were so informative! You really understand our school and how we can integrate Mindfulness into our classrooms. Thank you for giving me energy for the beginning of the school year!"
β Teacher Training Program, Sandringham Primary School
βThank you so much for these truly wonderful 8 weeks. This program has been so powerful, itβs transformed the way I parent, how I feel about myself as a parent and my ability to cope and thrive on the parenting journey. Iβll really miss our weekly sessions. Thanks again for your honesty, humour, relatability and knowledge.β
β Jodi, Parent on the Thriving Families Program
"Our students were completely engaged, enjoying yoga and learning relaxation strategies to use both in and out of the classroom. Vic gives our students techniques to use in everyday life and a smile to go home with."
β Kirsty Hall , PE Coordinator, Beaumaris North Primary School
βI really enjoyed the Mindfulness course for parents, I found it so useful and I really appreciated the short little practices we could do each week so I didnβt feel overwhelmed and could really fit it into my life. Iβve noticed how much calmer my daughter is and how less chaotic the house feels when there are big emotions running wild! My husband has even commented on how much calmer I am. Iβm so pleased I did this course and recommend it to other parents.β
β Sally, Parent on the Thriving Families Program
"The students learnt not only some valuable skills in regard to yoga, but also some skills in mindfulness and how to shut off the outside world for a little bit and enjoy the quiet. I would highly recommend the program."
β Michael Woolhouse, Head of PE, Mentone Grammar School
"When I do yoga the world just stops, and when it starts again it is a better place."
β Callum, Year 6
